BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University men's basketball team will continue their five-game homestand on Tuesday (Dec. 19), hosting the Hampton Pirates. The Falcons and Pirates are set for an 11 a.m. tip inside the Stroh Center for what will be the School Day Game for Bowling Green this year.Â
Opening Tip
The Falcons and Pirates will be meeting for the third time in program history with BGSU taking the first two games. This will mark the third of five straight home games for Bowling Green. The Falcons head into the game with a 7-3 record, tied for second in the MAC, and have held five of their last six opponents to a field goal percentage below 40%.Â
At The Game
Tuesday's game will be the School Day Game, welcoming a number of schools throughout the region to the Stroh Center and continuing a multi-year partnership with BGSU basketball and local schools. Fans planning to attend the game should plan for a louder environment. General attendance will be relocated to the Anderson Club seating for this contest.

Scouting The Pirates
Hampton will enter with a 4-6 record on the season and have won two of their last three games, averaging 97.3 points per game over the stretch. The other wins for Hampton have come against Mid-Atlantic Christian on Nov. 9 and Florida Golf Coast on Nov. 18. The Pirates are paced by Tedrick Wilcox Jr. and Kyrese Mullen with both averaging over 15 points and Mullen just shy of a double-double with 9.1 rebounds per game.Â
