DIRECTIONS
The quickest way to the Stroh Center is via Interstate 75. Take exit 181 off of I-75 and head west (toward Perry Stadium) on Wooster Street. You will pass the Stroh Center on your right as you proceed to the first traffic light (Mercer Road) and turn right. Turn right on the next street (Alumni Drive) and continue to the Stroh Center parking lot, following signs and directions from parking attendants.
CREDENTIALS / MEDIA WILL-CALL
Season-long credentials will be provided; however, members of the media will need to request access on a game-by-game basis to secure seating and/or photo/video boxes. Press and photo credentials for Falcon basketball home games MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Seating is limited to working press only. Requests can be made at BGSUFalcons.com at the following link (https://bgsufalcons.com/sb_output.aspx?form=122) that can also be found above. On game day, credentials can be picked up at the media will-call entrance at the loading dock area on the west side of the Stroh Center (direct back of the arena). Names of those individuals with credentials will be added to a parking list to enable them to access the Stroh Center lot.
PARKING
Parking passes have been distributed to working media. Those in need of the parking pass should reach out to Kyle Edmond (kedmond@bgsu.edu) or Mike Cihon (mjcihon@bgsu.edu). Media are encouraged to park in the Stroh Center parking lot, just off Alumni Drive. Parking in the loading dock is strictly prohibited without prior permission from the Stroh Center staff. Even then, parking in the loading dock area will only be permitted briefly, in special circumstances (for example, a radio station needing to drop off equipment several hours prior to tipoff). There is no charge for parking for the media.
MEDIA ENTRANCE & SEATING
As mentioned above, credentials can be picked up at the media will-call entrance at the loading dock area on the west side of the Stroh Center. Media requiring a seat during home basketball events at the Stroh Center will be reserved a working spot on press row or above Section 103. Media must enter and leave the arena from the media will-call entrance (gray double doors by loading dock).
PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER SEATING
All photographers and videographers will shoot from marked spots on the baselines.
DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALS/STATISTICS
The Stroh Center media room and press row will be mostly paperless in 2025-26. A roster sheet containing the rosters for both teams WILL be available. All other information previously printed will be available online at BGSUFalcons.com. A QR Code can be found on the seat tags provided. A final postgame stat “book” will be compiled, copied and distributed to media along press row and available online.
WIRELESS INTERNET
The Stroh Center has wireless internet access for all members of the working media.
LIVE STATISTICS
Live statistics will be available on BGSUFalcons.com. For all in-game statistical updates, please use BGSU’s live stats.
POSTGAME INTERVIEWS
Postgame interviews will remain in the media room in 2025-26. BGSU Head Coach Todd Simon and selected players will be available beginning approximately 15 minutes after the conclusion of the game. For interviews with the visiting team players and coach, members of the media are asked to contact that team’s SID. Players will be interviewed first followed by Coach Simon. If multiple players are brought they will be interviewed simultaneously. Both interviews will take place at a table now in the media room, not a podium. A mult box will now be utilized for interview audio.
