This spring season, the BGSU Athletic Communications office, along with both the men's and women's golf teams, will bring you a segment called "18 questions with" each week. This week's 18 questions are with freshman Eli Stacy.

1. What is your hometown?
Findlay, Ohio
2. What is your favorite movie?
Forrest Gump
3. What is the most played song now on your IPOD?
Going To The Ceremony by Kid Cudi
4. What do you like to do in your free time?
Watch Game of Thrones and practice golf
5. Where is your favorite place to hang out at in BG?
The Golf Room
6. If you could have any superpower, what would you choose?
To be able to make animal noises like Jose.
7. When do you first start playing golf?
Golf has always been around in my life, but I really started playing when I was 11.
8. Who got you started playing golf?
My Dad and Aunt are both accomplished golfers and got me started. I wouldn't be where I am today without them.
9. What has been your favorite course to play?
Muirfield Village Golf Club
10. What is the toughest place you have ever played at?
Scioto Country Club
11. What is your routine or ritual prior to playing a round of golf?
I'll begin with hitting balls to get loose. After I'm warmed up I go to the putting green and focus on getting the speed of the greens. Then I'll go back to the range and hit a couple shots that are similar to my first tee shot.
12. What is the best advice you've ever received?
My Dad has always told me having fun is the most important aspect of playing golf.
13. Who is your favorite golfer?
Phil Mickelson and Miguel Angel Jimenez
14. Why did you choose to attend BGSU?
The College of Business has a good reputation and that is the field I want to study. Coach Farrell giving me the opportunity to continue my golf career was also a big reason why I chose BGSU.
15. What is your major of study?
Finance with a minor in Economics
16. What has been your favorite class at BGSU?
Econ 2020 with Bill Nadolski has probably been my favorite so far.
17. What do you want to do after you graduate?
I would like to work as a stockbroker or maybe get into coaching/teaching golf.
18. What is your favorite golf memory at BGSU?
Playing in my first college tournament was a good memory and a great learning experience.
