This spring season, the BGSU Athletic Communications office, along with both the men's and women's golf teams, will bring you a segment called "18 questions with" each week. This week's 18 questions are with sophomore Lauren Diehl.
1. What is your hometown?
Perrysburg, Ohio

2. What is your favorite movie?
I can't pick one, there are too many to count!

3. What is the most played song now on your IPOD?

4. What do you like to do in your free time?
I love to spend time with my friends and family.

5. Where is your favorite place to hang out at in BG?

The Union because I am able to see all of my friends throughout the day.

6. If you could have any superpower, what would you choose?
I would pick the ability to fly.

7. When do you first start playing golf?
Â
I would always putt-putt when I was little and I would go to the driving range with my dad to hit here and there, but I did not really start competitively until I was about 14 years old.

8. Who got you started playing golf?
My Dad, he has always been there to help me on the driving range and give me tips.

9. What has been your favorite course to play?
Highland Meadows GC

10. What is the toughest place you have ever played at?
Sylvania CC

11. What is your routine or ritual prior to playing a round of golf?

I like to listen to music when I warm-up on the range.

To focus on one hole at a time.

Paula Creamer

14. Why did you choose to attend BGSU?

I just love the spirit and atmosphere at BG!

My favorite class so far has been Entrepreneurship.

17. What do you want to do after you graduate?

After graduation, I would like to pursue a career and travel around the world.

18. What is your favorite golf memory at BGSU?
There are too many to count, but if I had to pick one, I would have to say when the whole team traveled to Cleveland State in the fall. It was so much fun to be altogether at that tournament!
