Caleb Stirm joins the BGSU staff as the Director of Operations for Cross Country and Track & Field, in a Graduate Assistant capacity. He will oversee travel, meals, community outreach and day-to-day logistics while pursuing a master's degree in College Student Personnel.
Stirm arrives in Bowling Green after earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Purdue University in December of 2022. During his time in West Lafayette, he was a student manager for the Purdue Women’s Basketball team as well as an Event Management Intern for Purdue Athletics.

Running was the first sport I truly fell in love with, so getting back into the ultimate team sport is a surreal feeling. I am excited for this new chapter in my life, and I am ready to get to work.
