2016: Appeared in nine games, making a total of four starts, before suffering a season-ending injury in early April … posted a 3.86 ERA, and struck out 21 batters over 23.1 innings of work … notched an 0-1 record … help opponents to a .267 batting average … made his Falcon debut at East Tennessee (Feb. 20), and allowed one earned run across 3.0 innings … followed that up with his best appearance of the year at Seattle (Feb. 28), as he threw 5.0 innings, struck out four batters, and allowed just two hits … struck out a career-high seven batters versus Alabama State (March 8), and allowed two runs over 4.2 innings … was the first pitcher out of the bullpen in the MAC opener at Eastern Michigan (March 25), and threw 2.1 innings of scoreless baseball … threw one scoreless inning apiece versus Findlay (March 29) and at Michigan (April 6).

2015: Did not appear, redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2014 graduate of Troy High School … three-year letterwinner for coaches Heath Murray, Ty Welker and Justin Crews … named first team All-Greater Western Ohio Conference as a senior, while being an honorable mention as a junior … tossed 56.1 innings, posted an ERA of 1.37, struck out 65 and went 5-2 in 2014 … had a record of 6-4 with a 2.35 ERA and 69 strikeouts in 2013 … a part of a Trojans squad that won GWOC North championships in 2012 and 2014.
