PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa. – The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) recently announced the selection of the Spring 2025 Scholar All-America Teams. Of those named, Bowling Green earned Scholar All-America status among the Division I teams announced, having 33 participants from the team included while maintaining a 3.76 GPA.
In total across all divisions, 763 teams from 432 institutions, totaling 18,459 student-athletes, were selected for their outstanding academic achievements. From the Division I Women's level, 171 teams received the recognition. To earn this prestigious honor, teams were required to achieve a grade point average of 3.00 or higher during the Spring 2025 semester.
For the Falcons, the 3.76 GPA for the Falcons topped the Mid-American Conference and ranked tied for 17th in Division I. The GPA mark was an improvement over last year's 3.69 GPA during the spring semester. As for the season, Bowling Green made a clean sweep of the award, receiving it during the fall semester as well.
