Four Falcons Land on CSC Academic All-District Team

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The College Sports Communications (CSC, formerly known as CoSIDA), announced their 2024-25 Academic All-District women's swimming & diving teams on Tuesday afternoon.
Ava Vial, Emily McNicol, Elise Snyder and Grace Bodrock earned this recognition, which is believed to be the most representation the Falcons have ever had on the list.
All four recipients earned Academic All-MAC honors this season as well.
The quartet are the first BGSU swimmers/divers to receive the honor since 2020, when Talisa Lemke was named to CoSIDA Academic All-District Women's At-Large team.
Vial and Snyder were selected as CSC Academic All-America finalists and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District Women's Swimming & Diving teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. Each student-athlete nominated must have at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA and be at least a sophomore.
