BGSU Concludes Play at Houston’s Border Olympics to Open Spring Play

LAREDO, TEXAS – The Bowling Green men's golf team opened its spring season at Houston's Border Olympics with a 13th-place finish with a score of 909. The event was held at the Laredo Country Club, a par-72, 7,204-yard course in Laredo, Texas. No. 30 Baylor won the tournament with a team score of 856.
Tom Bell led the Falcons at +7, finishing tied for No. 29. Darin Hudak finished at +9 and tied for No. 42. Connor Gdovin came in at +12 and tied for No. 52. Brandon Rattray concluded the tournament at +17 and tied for No. 71. Dylan Fitchet rounds out BGSU's lineup at 88th for the tournament at +32.
Gdovin led the tournament in par-5 shooting, finishing -7. Rattray was No. 5 in the tournament on par-3 shooting, finishing even for the tournament.
