Hailey Krawczyk came to Bowling Green State University in May 2024 as the Assistant Director of Facility at the Stroh Center.

Hailey works directly alongside Dr. Jamie Baringer, volleyball, and men’s and women’s basketball, specifically overseeing daily building operations, court scheduling, assisting with the management of special events and logistics, and management of student employment at the Stroh Center.

Prior to joining the Falcons, Krawczyk earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design at Defiance College in 2022. Krawczyk earned several accolades while at Defiance including being awarded the Defiance College Sports Management Student of the Year and Outstanding Senior in Sports Management in Spring of 2022.

Following her time at Defiance, Krawczyk pursued an opportunity to work with the Detroit Pistons as an Account Executive in Inside Sales. Following her time with the Pistons, Krawczyk pursued an opportunity to move home to work with the YMCA of Greater Toledo as a Sports Director at the Fort Meigs YMCA, ultimately leading her to Bowling Green State University.
