Bowling Green State University Athletics
2015-16 Res Life Challenge
BGSU Athletics is proud to announce the 2015-2016 Residence Life Challenge for the upcoming school year! This exciting partnership between Residence Life and Intercollegiate Athletics allows for a unique and fun way for our residence hall floors to compete against each other throughout the year to crown the Floor of the Year and RA of the Year! This year long challenge will feature a grand prize as well as every Resident Life Event having a specific winning floor.Â
Throughout the academic year select BGSU Athletic home events will be designated as a Residence Hall Challenge Event (Schedule Attached). For these events be sure to claim your ticket using the new student ticketing website, more information on this will come from the Ticket Office by early next week. By scanning your ticket at each event BGSU Athletics will track your attendance based by floor. The number of students from each floor will be counted, and the floor with the most students will win that specific game's prize as well as earn points to the year long competition.Â
As we mentioned each event will have a prize such as interactions with the team, use of the athletic facilities, free food, and etc. The grand prize will be the floor with the best participation / most points throughout the challenge, and they will have a year end event with athletics with free food, use of a facility, and special guest visitors. Also the floor and RA will be awarded a trophy for their accomplishments.
