BGSU Men's Basketball Media Information
BGSUFalcons.comBGSU men’s basketball releases and other information can be accessed via the internet. Log on to the web at www.BGSUFalcons.com to receive information on all 18 intercollegiate sports. The men’s basketball site includes a schedule, roster, all press releases, results (including box scores) and up-to-date statistics.
Members of the media can receive releases via e-mail by contacting Assistant Director for Athletic Communications James Nahikian (jnahiki@bgsu.edu).

Press and photo credentials for Falcon men’s basketball home games SHOULD BE REQUESTED AT LEAST ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE. Seating is limited to working press only.

A press pass doubles for a parking pass, and can be picked up at the media will call entrance at the loading dock area on the west side of the Stroh Center. Press passes are not typically mailed unless a unique situation dictates it.
BGSU RADIO & INTERNET BROADCASTS
The Falcon Sports Radio Network is scheduled to air every BGSU men’s basketball contest again in 2019-20. The only possible exceptions would come when there is a conflict with another BGSU sporting event. To listen to a game on the internet, go to BGSUFalcons.com and go to live audio under the Fan Zone section of the website.
PRESS ROW SERVICES
Programs, game notes, and other pertinent game information will be supplied in the media room, located along the Northwest end of the Stroh Center. A complete box score and play-by-play will be available shortly after the game’s completion. Media will be provided with wireless internet access via username and password from the BGSU Athletic Communications department.
VISITING RADIO
Requests for permission to broadcast must be made to James Nahikian (jnahiki@bgsu.edu) at least one week prior to the game. The official station of the visiting school will be located on press row at court level. Any ancillary visiting radio stations will be located on the North end of the Stroh Center on the second level.
INTERVIEWS
All interviews with players and coaches should be arranged through the athletic communications office. Please allow at least 24 hours to set up interviews. HOME, CELL AND/OR DORM ROOM PHONE NUMBERS FOR BGSU STUDENT-ATHLETES WILL NOT BE MADE AVAILABLE. Student-athletes will not be asked to miss class for any interviews or media opportunities. Arrangements will be made for telephone and in-person interviews at a mutually-agreeable time.
POST-GAME INTERVIEWS
Post-game press conferences will be held in the media area just off the court on the Northwest end approximately 10 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Coach Huger and a requested player will be made available to the media. All post-game interview requests should be directed to men's basketball SID James Nahikian (jnahiki@bgsu.edu). Player availability is at the discretion of the BGSU athletic communications office. BGSU observes a closed locker room policy.
PHOTOGRAPHERS
Only those accredited photographers working on assignment will be issued credentials. No flashes or strobe units are permitted without prior clearance from the athletic communications office. Photographers should shoot from the designated areas and must not block the view of fans. There are several Internet lines available for use after the game, but prior notification is encouraged.
DIRECTIONS TO STROH CENTER
The quickest and most convenient way to the Stroh Center is via Interstate 75. Take exit 181 off of I-75 and head west on Wooster Street. You will pass the Stroh Center on your right as you go to the second traffic light (Mercer Road) and turn right. Turn right at the next street (Alumni Drive) and continue to the Stroh Center parking lot. Media are encouraged to park in the West or Northwest end of the Stroh Center lot.
PARKING
Media are encouraged to park in the West or Northwest end of the Stroh Center parking lot, just off of Alumni Drive. Anyone holding a press credential is entitled to free parking, but an early arrival is suggested. Media members picking up their credentials at the media will call entrance will have their names included on a parking list.
