BGSU Athletics To Hold Largest 50/50 Raffle In Department History

Bowling Green, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University Department of Athletics is holding the largest 50/50 raffle in department history, announcing a winner when the BGSU Baseball team hosts Toledo on Sunday, April 9 at 1:05 pm. The winning ticket will be announced on the BGSU Athletic website, bgsufalcons.com, and the winner does not need to be present at the Baseball game to claim their prize.
The BGSU Athletics Department is guaranteeing a minimum payout of $5,000 to the grand prize winner. The other half of the ticket sales is invested in BGSU student-athlete scholarships. The department will begin selling tickets for this unique 50/50 drawing on Saturday, March 18, during the MAC Gymnastics Championships at the Stroh Center, beginning at 2 pm.
Falcon Club representatives will be selling tickets at various other events and venues in the community during the lead-up to the April 9 game. Those interested can also purchase tickets in person from the Stroh Center Ticket Office and the Slater Family Ice Arena Pro Shop during regular business hours.
