High School: Played for head coach Max Kattwinkel … during 2016 senior season, passed for 3,363 yards and 33 touchdowns … was named first team All-District … team went 9-3 and reached Class 5A Division 2 Region 1 playoff semifinal … as a junior, was the District 4-5A Offensive MVP … as a sophomore in 2014, named the District 5-2A-II Offensive MVP at Iraan HS ... is the younger brother of former Texas Tech quarterback Seth Doege.

Prior to BGSU: Among the Dallas Morning News' top 100 players in the state … PrepStar All-Midlands Region … played safety and returned kicks for the Mustangs … Class 4A second team all-state and first team all-conference … as a senior, recorded 44 receptions for 1,058 yards and 14 touchdowns … added another three scores via kick returns … also ran track and excelled as a sprinter … caught 31 passes for 471 yards (15.2 average) and three touchdowns at Copiah-Lincoln in 2016.

Personal: Born March 31, 1996 in Austin, Texas … son of Datrin, Sr. and Denise Guyton … two siblings: Peyton and Raven … Dez Bryant is his favorite athlete … plans to major in sociology.

Matt Wilcox, Jr. | WR | 5-10 | 185 | Huber Heights, Ohio | Wayne High School (EARLY ENROLLEE)
High School: Ranks among top receivers in Ohio high school history with 188 career receptions and 2,525 career receiving yards … won 3 conference championships and was twice state runner up … team went 49-6 during his high school career … named first team All-GWOC, first team All-Area, and first team All-Tri State … earned area player of the year accolades … as a senior, posted ten total touchdowns and over 500 yards receiving … also played defensive back and gathered one interception … as a junior, caught 58 passes for 753 yards and nine touchdowns … coached by Jay Minton.

"Matt was a four-year starter at Wayne High School, which says a lot of about the type of player he is. He played both ways his senior year and didn't come off the field on special teams. "It's easy to spot Derek as he stretches 6-7, 305 lb. looking to become a tackle for the Falcons. Derek has a true love for the game, with aspirations of being a coach once he has played his final down. Matt Guevremont | OL | 6-5 | 300 | Pickering, Ontario | St. Mary Catholic Secondary School | Chabot College (7:20 a.m.)
Prior to BGSU: Played for Enzo Antonucci … selected as a team captain in high school … suffered medical redshirt season in 2014 … helped lead Chabot to 9-3 record in 2015, including 76-55 win over College of San Mateo in the Bulldog Bowl … first team all-conference selection in 2015 … in 2016, named first team Region I All-California … helped Chabot rush for 147.9 yards and score 22.8 points per game in 2016.

Personal: Full name is Matthew John Guevremont … born April 19, 1995 … son of Kevin and Manon Guevremont … one sister, Melanie … plans to major in communications.

"While adding age and experience to a veteran room, he will be one of two Canadians to cross the border to protect Falcon quarterbacks. Measuring in at 6-5, Matt comes from Chabot College located in the Bay Area of California." -- Stephen Hamby

Shermond Dabney | DB | 6-0 | 185 | Orchard Lake, Mich. | St. Mary's Prep (7:23 a.m.)
High School: Three-sport student-athlete at Orchard Lake St. Mary's Prep High School … lettered three times for coaches George Porritt and Jeffery Phillips … selected as a team captain ... also participated in track and field and wrestling.

Personal: Full Name is Shermond Prince Dabney … son of Brian and Kimberly Dabney … born May 28, 1999 … one brother, Joshua … plans to major in engineering … cousin BJ Armstrong played basketball for the Chicago Bulls … brother Joshua plays football for Northwood University … father Brian played football for Central State.

Sam Neverov | OL | 6-5 | 288 | Dublin, Ohio | Jerome High School (7:31 a.m.)
High School: Coached by Bob Gecewich … helped lead team to 10-2 record and second round of 2016 Division I state playoffs … team set school record for wins and captured Jerome's first-ever playoff victory … named second team 2016 AP Division I all-state … also first team all-district and all-league … helped protect Joe Dunnan, who threw for 2,408 yards and 25 touchdowns … paved way for Austin Booth to run for 901 yards and ten touchdowns.

"From Russian descent, Sam is a 6-5 guard who has center experience snapping in games along with also spicing his highlight reel up with some halfback action. Jerry Roberts | LB | 6-2 | 230 | Erie, Pa. | Cathedral Prep High School (7:42 a.m.)
High School: Named all-state and to District 10 All-Star team following junior and senior seasons … as a senior, made 90 tackles (11 for loss) and hauled in two interceptions … as a junior, posted 110 tackles (13 for loss) with another two interceptions … scored three defensive touchdowns … helped lead 2016 team to 14-0 record and PIAA Class 4A state championship … had team high 12 tackles (3.5 for loss) in title game … coached by Mike Mischler.

"Jerry is a passionate individual who is a perfect fit for Bowling Green State University and will represent BGSU in a first class manner both on and off the field. Jerry is a high performer in the classroom, achieving a cumulative GPA above a 3.0 along with earning all-state accolades his senior year. This past season Roberts was also voted by his peers as a team captain and helped lead Cathedral Prep to the 2016 state championship." -- Benny Morrison

Walter Haire | DL | 6-3 | 235 | Indianapolis, Ind. | North Central High School (7:46 a.m.)
High School: Suffered leg injury during first game of 2016 and missed remainder of senior season … played for head coach Kevin Kreinhagen … also wrestled for North Central.

"Walter is a really good-looking kid who can rush the passer. He should give us an immediate spark off the edge with the tools he has. He is another kid with a chance because of his great work ethic." -- Marcus White

Jordan Murphy | DL | 6-5 | 245 | Columbiana, Ohio | Crestview High School (7:49 a.m.)
High School: Two-time All-Ohio … Northeast Ohio 5 Block of Granite Award … 2015 first team Northeast Ohio All-District … 2015 first team Columbiana County … 2015 All-Ohio honorable mention … had 36 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, three sacks, eight hurries and two forced fumbles as a senior in 2016 … as a junior, compiled 72 tackles (29 for loss), 14 sacks, 15 quarterback hurries, two forced fumbles, a blocked field goal and a blocked punt … 29 TFLs set a Crestview school record.

Zach Dziengelewski | OL | 6-4 | 275 | Swanton, Ohio | Swanton High School (7:58 a.m.)
High School: Named first team all-district, district Lineman of the Year, All-Toledo Blade Team, first team All-Ohio Offensive Tackle as a senior … as a junior, named second team All-NWOAL as an offensive tackle and second team all-district … team advanced to the state playoffs in both 2015 and 2016 and won an NWOAL championship in 2015 … played for Mike Vicars and Tim Spiess … earned three varsity letters in football … also lettered in basketball and was a two-time team captain.

Personal: Full name is Zachary Dennis Dzienglewski … born April 21, 1999 … son of Dennis and Carol … one sister, Paige.

"The first offensive line commit for the Falcons has played all over the field in high school. On tape he is either pulling downhill on power run plays or lined up at linebacker destroying the run game. He is a super athletic talent who will allow him to move into the lineup quickly for the Falcons." -- Stephen Hamby

Tyree Jackson | DL | 6-4 | 260 | Orlando, Fla. | Jones High School (8:02 a.m.)
High School: Played four years on varsity for coaches Kevin Lewis and Elijah Williams … team went 10-2 as a senior following seasons of 4-6 and 5-6 … as a freshman, squad went 8-3 … named Orlando Sentinel Super 60 and Orange County/Metro All-Star … was a team captain in 2015 and 2016.

Personal: Full name is Tyree Jamarcus Dwayne Jackson … son of Terrence Jackson and Erica Howard … born Sep. 3, 1998 … has six siblings: Anthony, Tobias, Azariyah, Taniya, Aeriel, and Keaunna … mother Erica played basketball for Bethune-Cookman … plans to major in communications.

High School: Coached by Jeff Graham … helped lead team to 12-3 record and appearance in OHSAA Division III state championship game in 2016 … competed on defense that allowed only 160 points in 15 games … in 2015, team went 10-4 and reached Division III state semifinal.

"Darius is a long competitive corner. Along with length and speed, he possesses leadership skills and football IQ -- all great qualities for a corner. Darius also played on a state runner-up team this past season." -- Mike Mickens

Andrew Clair | RB | 5-9 | 180 | St. Louis, Mo. | St. Louis University High School (8:29 a.m.)
High School: Played three years of varsity football for Gary Kornfeld … as a sophomore, recorded 678 yards, seven touchdowns, two interceptions, 32 tackles and 10 tackles for loss … as a junior, recorded 1,303 yards and 21 touchdowns … as a senior, recorded 1,656 yards and 18 touchdowns … named all-conference three times and all-state twice … placed on St. Louis Post Dispatch Media team … named to Missouri All American Football and All Star Team … also lettered in track and field … earned all-state honors in track and field … named team captain for football in both 2016 and 2017.

High School: Coached by Craigh Koehler … played wide receiver and defensive back … 2016 Indiana Class 5A All-State selection as defensive back … as a senior in 2016, caught 20 passes for 554 yards and ten touchdowns … carried the ball 14 times for 84 yards and another score … totaled 1,293 all-purpose yards (143.7 per game) … earned 81 tackles, three interceptions and two fumble recoveries … as a junior, caught 26 passes for 613 yards and ten touchdowns … recorded 65 tackles and four interceptions … also plays basketball for the Minutemen.

Personal: Full name is Colin M. DeBord … son of Michael DeBord and Amber Ames … born Feb. 19, 1998 … has three siblings: Brodie, Kaden, and Easten … plans to major in sport management.

He played a lot of quarterback in high school, which is a good thing because that means he was the playmaker and is comfortable being in the spot light and having the ball in his hands on every play. Quintin Morris I WR I 6-3 I 205 I Richmond, Texas I George Ranch High School (8:47 a.m.)
High School: Earned Offensive MVP at Blue-Gray All American Bowl Southwest Super Regional Combine … team went 16-0 and won Class 5A Division I state championship 56-0 in 2015 … AAU National Recognized Player in basketball … has averaged 12.6 points and 4.9 rebounds per game as a senior … as a junior, averaged 12.7 points and 6.0 rebounds.

"Quintin is a huge addition to our football team. As a receiver, he played and dominated some of the best competition in Texas. He is a big, strong athlete who we feel can play either inside or outside receiver for us. We know Q is a steal and a high character guy who understands how to win. High School: Played varsity for four years and earned two letters for head coach Josh Niblet … 2015 and 2017 state champions … named All-Birmingham Team and first team All-State … named 2017 Super7 State Championship MVP … was a team captain for his senior season for the Buccaneers.

Personal: Full name is Kholbe Jabriel Coleman … born March 19, 1999 … son of Adrian Abrams and Migon Rodgers … has four siblings: Jalen Parker, Aiden, Tayler, and Jhorden … father Adrian played football at UAB.

"Kholbe is an outstanding young man who will represent BGSU in a first class manner both on and off the field. He is a high achiever who has shown high performance both in the classroom and on the football field. Khoble excelled at perennial powerhouse Hoover, where they won the 2016 state championship. He boasts a GPA above a 3.0 along with being voted team captain while earning all-state accolades this past season. Calvin Clater | WR | 6-3 | 190 | Fort Worth, Texas | South Hills High School (8:59 a.m.)
High School: Posted 23 receptions for 480 yards and 6 touchdowns in 2016 as a senior … compiled 23 tackles, four interceptions and five passes defensed … played for coach J.J. Resendez … helped lead team to a 10-0 regular season record.

"Calvin is a very long, athletic receiver out of Fort Worth. He is a versatile athlete that never came off the field in high school. We feel his skill set and length fit our offense perfectly. High School: 2016 All-Southland Athletic Conference … helped lead Olympians to 8-4 record and second round of Illinois Class 5A state playoffs … coached by Terrell Alexander.

"Caylon is a stout kid who can get it done on any down. He has a great demeanor and approach to the game. Caylon is already big enough to play at our level." -- Marcus White

Travis Koontz I TE I 6-5 I 235 I Youngstown, Ohio I Boardman High School (10:50 a.m.)
High School: Earned three letters at Boardman High School … 2016 AP All-Northeast Inland District first team … 2016 AP Division II All-Ohio special mention … played for Joe Iganizo … 2013 OHSAA champions … also played varsity basketball for the Spartans.

Personal: Full name is Travis Edward Koontz … born on March 6, 1999 … mother is Kim Koontz … majoring in education, wants to be a teacher … favorite athlete is Calvin Johnson.

"Travis is a big time get for us! He has unbelievable ball skills and route running ability you typically don't see with guys his size. He will be be a mismatch nightmare for teams in the passing game and a force to be reckoned with in the run game. He adds a ton of value to our roster." -- Kevin Kilmer

Matthew Tanner | OL | 6-7 | 345 | Jacksonville, Fla. | Bishop Snyder High School | E. Arizona College (11:44 a.m.)
Prior to BGSU: In high school, starter for one year under head coach Brian McCrae … at Eastern Arizona, he paved the way for offense to average 335.2 rushing yards and 27.9 points per game … he helped quarterback Jonathan Thomas to rush for 1,030 yards and ten touchdowns … also helped running back Clifford Lowe rush for 719 yards and 9.1 yards per carry.

"This mountain of a man comes to the Falcons from Eastern Arizona College. The 6-7, 345 lb. guard will join the offensive line group looking to excel in criminal justice and continue protecting humans long past his playing days. Tanner will look to add experience to the Falcon line." -- Stephen Hamby

Jamari Rouse | DL | 6-1 | 246 | Deerfield Beach, Fla. | Deerfield Beach High School (1:01 p.m.)
High School: Named second team Class 8A All-State … helped lead team to back-to-back ten win seasons in 2015 and 2016 … team reached regional semifinal in 2015 playoffs and state semifinal in 2016 … coached by Jevon Glenn.

"Jamari is a business-like kid who stuck with us despite late interest from Purdue and Arkansas. He is a barrel-chested kid who is explosive and raw at the same time because of only playing football for a few years." -- Marcus White
