BGSU Athletics Announces Fan Buses For Ohio State Game

Bowling Green, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University Department of Athletics has announced that seats on a fan bus will be available when the Falcons travel to Columbus to face Ohio State to open the 2016 season Sept. 3.
Seats on the bus will be available only to those who purchase their tickets to the game through the BGSU Ticket Office (complete details on purchasing tickets to the Ohio State game are available by CLICKING HERE). Each seat on the bus is $40 per person and does not include the cost of a game ticket.
"In the first few months our staff has been here, we've seen the pride of our fans," BGSU Football Coach Mike Jinks said. "As we open the 2016 season at Ohio State, we need to see that pride Sept. 3 in Ohio Stadium. Our team will be prepared as we seek to build on the proud tradition created in this program."
While a kickoff time has not yet been announced, the bus will arrive in Columbus three hours prior to the start of the game to allow passengers to attend the alumni tailgating event. Drop-off location and parking has not yet been determined, but will be announced once it is finalized.
The pregame tailgate will begin three hours prior to kickoff and will be held at the Fawcett Center, across the street from the Schottenstein Center. The cost to attend the pregame tailgate is $20 per person and includes lunch buffet and non-alcoholic beverages. A cash bar will be available.

BGSU Football has won the Mid-American Conference's East Division for three consecutive seasons and has earned two MAC titles during that time. The Falcons have played in four straight bowl games and have won 28 games over the past three seasons, including a 19-5 record in the MAC.
