Christopher Presents Championship Trophy to Baylor

Bowling Green Athletics Director Greg Christopher and the Baylor Bears have come full circle. On March 9, Christopher and the NCAA selection committee began placing the 64 teams for the 2012 Women's Basketball Tournament. On Monday, March 12, it was announced that the No. 1 overall seed, Baylor would be traveling to Bowling Green, Ohio.
The Bears would go on to advance to the "Sweet-16" with a pair of wins over UC Santa-Barbara and Florida inside the Stroh Center on March 18 & 20. Two weeks later the Bears would finish the year 40-0 to win the national championship, and who was there to present the trophy? None other than Bowling Green's Greg Christopher.
