Post-Game Press Conference vs. Ohio
"I was extremely pleased with the effort tonight. I was pleased with the way our team came out after Ohio took the ball and came down to score. I give Ohio a lot of credit because they came out and they came out prepared. It's hard to get used to that wishbone offense in practice. I was very pleased with the way that we responded. We made a big deal about every possession and how much we should value every possession. It was great the way that offense and defense took care of each other."
"It felt really good to start the game and go down and score on our first drive. We felt as though we needed to answer because the momentum would have gone their way."
" I just tried to come and fill in and so that the offense gained their confidence in me. I didn't want to come in and be a weak link so I just tried to play as hard as I could."

"It's something I have been working for my whole life and I happened to get the chance. We worked hard for two weeks and had a great game plan and we were confident. We just came out and just shut them down. It was exactly what we wanted to do."
